What the form sends
A note contains your name, the contacts you entered and the note fields: the place, what should change, where it can be checked and how you know the place. The address and the language of the page are sent with it. A hidden field that people never see is there to catch spam programs.
How notes are used
Notes are held by a form service until the editors read them at the next revision. They are used only to check and apply what they report; nobody is written to unless the note asks for an answer and gives a contact. Names and contacts never appear on the site, are never sold and are never passed to the club, organiser or venue concerned; the list updates name the change, never the person who reported it.
Counting page views
A small script served from this site's own domain counts page views. It sets no cookie and does not follow anyone to other sites. Each view records the page, the page that linked to it, and the browser, device type and country derived from the request; only totals are ever looked at.
Nothing from third parties
These pages load no advertising network, no social media buttons and no outside tracker, and no fonts, maps or images from other servers. A link to a source or a map takes you to a site with its own privacy terms. The hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses only as far as needed to deliver the pages.
Your rights under the GDPR
To have a note of yours corrected or deleted, send a new note through the form with the same name and contact and say so; the form service is cleaned up when the notes are next read, and you hear back only if you ask and leave a contact. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Berlin that is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BlnBDI).
