Clubs that teach children and juniors 28

Most Berlin clubs that train young players do it in the late afternoon, before the adult evening. SC Weisse Dame runs several children's groups on Fridays at the Haus am Lietzensee and a Saturday group at the Eichendorff-Grundschule; SV Empor trains on three afternoons a week in the Jahn-Sportpark; SC Rehberge, SK CAISSA Hermsdorf-Frohnau and SG NARVA hold youth evenings that start between 16:00 and 17:30. SV Mattnetz takes children from the age of five at the Kiez-Klub Baumschulenweg.

SC Kreuzberg trains its juniors in three groups on Saturday afternoons, and SC Zitadelle Spandau 1977 on Fridays in Falkensee and on Sunday mornings at the JFE Aalemannufer. Anastasias Matt, an association for girls' and women's chess, holds camps and gives 18 to 20 December 2026 as the dates of its Christmas camp. The club in Oranienburg and the chess section of USV Potsdam belong here too. Each entry gives the youth hours where its page prints them.
